Jamie Yeo is a TV host, actress, radio deejay and model, known for co hosting the ESPN Star Sports Castrol Football Crazy
and Maxis Football Extra television shows in Asia,and portraying Tammy in the TV show Growing Up,arguably the role that made her famous.
Yeo was born in Singapore on April 17,1977, studied in Fairfield Methodist Primary School and Nanyang Girls High School before moving to
Dayton, Ohio, for four years, where her father was posted as an engineer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force. She attended Dayton Christian High
School and graduated. On returning to Singapore she entered Ngee Ann Polytechnic and studied mass communications, graduating in 1998.
She began dating DJ Glenn Ong in 2001 and the couple married in New Creation Church three years later, but separated in early 2009.

SINGAPORE: Singapore television host Jamie Yeo gave birth prematurely to baby daughter Alysia at Gleneagles Hospital on Thursday.
"I had no idea I was going to give birth, I thought I was just having stomach cramps that whole night," said Yeo,
Fortunately, there were no other complications.
"The whole process was very smooth, I didn't need to be anaesthetised or take painkillers," said the 33-year-old.
However, due to her premature arrival, Yeo's 1.2kg bundle of joy will have to spend the next 4 weeks in hospital.
"She looks so tiny. It really breaks my heart. I'm willing to do anything for her," said Yeo.
